That's right!  10 class passes only $70 - available at all classes this week :)

Friday April 19, 2013
No class on Friday morning as I will be at a dance workshop for three days.

Thursday April 25, 2013
No class as it is Anzac Day.  Go and enjoy the dawn service.

All other classes will be running through the school holidays as usual.  Don't let the school holidays get in the way of your fitness routine!

Some reminders....

Just a few quick reminders.....

Monday, March 25
We are back at the AH&I Hall for our 7:30pm class.  Wooohooooooo!!!!!!!

Friday, March 29 - Good Friday
No morning class.  Have a little holiday :)

Monday, April 1 - Easter Monday
Class is ON!!!!!  Come and shake that chocolate out!  So Monday night class will be on as usual on Easter Monday - 7:30pm - AH&I Hall, Argyle St, Camden.

Classes will run as usual through the school holidays (April 15 - April 26) except for Friday, April 19 as I will be at a Dance Convention for the weekend.

On the move again!

That's right.

This is our last week in Camden PS Hall.  We are moving back to the AH&I Hall next Monday night - March 25.

Thanks for letting us visit you again Camden PS :)


Also just a reminder that class on Monday April 1, 2013 will go ahead as usual.  Need to get a head start on the calorie kicking after all the Easter indulgence.

Class Ettiquette

Just a few reminders for everyone and information for people who have just started coming to classes.

* Treat everyone as you wish to be treated.  Have a positive attitude, open mind and have fun!
* Please share the dance floor and the mirror, be kind and courteous to fellow dancers, INSTRUCTORS and STAFF.
* Do your best to avoid conflict and make negative comments.
* Turn off or silence all phones.
* Stagger to allow maximum space for each dancer.
* Position yourself relative to your dance expertise. In an effort to better keep the pace set by the INSTRUCTOR, beginning students should position themselves behind more advanced students.  INSTRUCTORS reserve the right to reposition students for safety and class quality.
* Please wear dance or fitness attire and comfortable footwear.
* Please make sure that you have picked up all your belongings after class.

Time to get funky and move that body!

Lets get moving!

So it is coming to that time of year where the weather starts to cool down and people seem to go into hibernation!

Well don't let this happen to you!

Remember - it is the consistency that will help you to achieve your goals.  Whether it is to lose weight, become more fit, tone up, de-stress, run that 5km......if you are sporadic in attendance the goal will be that little bit harder to achieve.

Some strategies to keep you on track......

1. Remember you will only be cold for one song......PROMISE!
2. Bring a light sweat shirt that you can wear for the first track and you can put on under your warmer jumper for your arrival and departure from class.
3. Don't put your pj's on when you arrive home in the afternoon - put your Zumba®/Bokwa® clothes on immediately and then there is no excuse to miss class.
4. Substitute a morning class for an evening class on the days that it is 'just not working'.  (Tuesday, Thursday and Friday classes available)
5. Arrange to bring a friend to class with you!  And remember there are always people in class who will be wondering where you are when you are not there........

LASTLY REMEMBER.........the bikini will not wait for you once the weather warms up.....

Happy new year!

Far out!!!  No posts for 9 months - how bad am I!!!???!!!

I hope you have all enjoyed your start back to class for 2013. Yes I really just wrote 2013.

Anyway...... Timetable for you all below. I hope you have been loving the old school music and moves that have been coming your way! So loving cracking out some of the oldies for you as we'll as some of the fresh new songs of 2013.


PS.  I know it says AH&I Hall for Monday night - but we are at the Primary School until March 25........cause of Camden Show :)

Its July already......where has the year gone???? and more schedule changes!

Well.....it's true - it is July and the year is flying!  Some more schedule changes for you - sorry for the inconvenience but I am heading to the Opening Ceremony of the London 2012 Olympic Games....wooohoooo - starting to feel excited!

I am leaving on July 22, 2012 and will be back on July 30, 2012 - so it is not a long time away but will impact on classes as follows:

Tuesday July 24
NO ZUMBA® FITNESS at 9:30am
&
NO Open Hip Hop at 7pm or Advanced Jazz at 8pm

Thursday July 26
NO ZUMBA® TONING at 9:30am

Friday July 27

NO ZUMBA® TONING at 9:30am


The following classes will fun as per the usual schedule and will be covered by certified Zumba® Fitness instructors :)

Monday July 23, 2012 - Zumba® Fitness will run as usual at 7:30pm at the AH&I Hall, Argyle St, Camden


Wednesday July 25, 2012 - Zumba® Fitness will run as usual at 7:30pm at the AH&I Hall, Argyle St, Camden

Thursday July 26, 2012 - Zumba® Fitness will run as usual at 8pm at Razzle Dazzle Dance Studio, 10/15 McPherson Road, Smeaton Grange
