ZUMBA CLASS UPDATES!

What a great last class tonight!  So Monday ZUMBA has finished for the year!  Thanks to everyone for coming to classes and for joining the ZUMBA party with me ths year.  It has been really great hearing all your stories about how much healthier, fitter and happier the Zumba party has made many of you this year.

Light Up Camden!

Massive shout out to all the people who performed on the main stage at Light Up Camden.....

Ciska, Jenn, April, Lauren, Kylie, Sher, Maddi, Morgz, Elly, Meli, Katie, Sarah, Zoey, Johnny, Naomi, Tat, Darcy, Joanne, Erica, Britney, Lauren, Blaine, Elliott, Ranga........you guys were all AWESOME!  Thank you a million times over!

And thank you to all the supporters in the crowd - you really made it fun - good to see some of you out there Zumbaing!

ZUMBA takes to the streets

On November 18, 2010 at 6:45pm; ZUMBA is taking to the streets of Camden.

It would be great to see everyone there at the Main Stage of Light Up Camden at the cross street of John Street and Argyle Street at 6:40pm.  At 6:45pm when we hit the stage it would be great for as many of you as possible to join in on the street in front of the main stage - flash mob style!

This will really get the party atmosphere happening in Camden just in time for the lighting of the tree and streets!

Over the next couple of weeks we will practice the routine in class (we have 10 mins) so that everyone will be familiar with all of the songs and Zumba moves.

If you want to dance on stage (everyone is welcome), please private message me on facebook!  So excited - and a big thank you to the Camden Main Street Committee for inviting us to participate in this great community event!

MORE NEW STUFF

Just to get you in shape for the summer months ahead - have decided to start an open class - affectionately called - The Open Class.  It is a great way to dance yourself into shape - use those muscles that you forgot you had and keep your technique nice and strong.  No concert, no exam, no performances - JUST CLASS!  Woohoo!!!!!
..........................and  I will be doing something different each week.  Starting at 7:45pm tonight - we are doing a lyrical hip hop kinda thang.....

MORE CHANGES TO CLASSES AT THE BEGINNING OF TERM 4

Just reminding you once again that there will be NO DANCE and NO ZUMBA classes during this holiday period.
This is due to the fact that I will be in USA undertaking further training from Sept 26 - Oct 15.

Classes will not run from Sept 27 - Oct 10.

ZUMBA will resume as per the Term 4 timetable as listed below on Oct 11
Monday - Camden RSL Youth Hall; 7:30pm - 8:30pm.*Cathy will be teaching this class
Wednesday - Commotion Studios; 8:15pm - 9:15pm. (SUB TBA)
Thursday - Venue TBC Camden; 7:30pm - 8:30pm. *Cathy will be teaching this class
Friday - Commotion Studios; 9:30am - 10:30am. (Zumba with Simone will be subbing for me)
Friday - Robert Townson PS Raby; 7:30pm - 8:30pm (I will be home and back into regular classes)

Commencing on Oct 19 I will be teaching a regular Zumba class at Connections Gym in Smeaton Grange. At this stage this class will run 6:30pm - 7:30pm each Tuesday. A daytime class will also run on Wednesdays 10:30am - 11:30am. Please check back soon, as I will confirm details and add the classes to the regular timetable.

As mentioned in class tonight - on Thursday night (not the day class) I will not be teaching (excited about being a bridesmaid!).  Cathy will be taking this class!

Hey everyone! Just updating.  Remember all classes can be attended on a casual basis.
With the jazz class on Monday afternoons - students from any studio are welcome to attend.  This class is a technique based class - there are no concerts or shows just training to make you a better dancer!  You must be 14 yrs+ to attend - unless I have invited you to class.
