Lets get moving!

So it is coming to that time of year where the weather starts to cool down and people seem to go into hibernation!

Well don't let this happen to you!

Remember - it is the consistency that will help you to achieve your goals.  Whether it is to lose weight, become more fit, tone up, de-stress, run that 5km......if you are sporadic in attendance the goal will be that little bit harder to achieve.

Some strategies to keep you on track......

1. Remember you will only be cold for one song......PROMISE!
2. Bring a light sweat shirt that you can wear for the first track and you can put on under your warmer jumper for your arrival and departure from class.
3. Don't put your pj's on when you arrive home in the afternoon - put your Zumba®/Bokwa® clothes on immediately and then there is no excuse to miss class.
4. Substitute a morning class for an evening class on the days that it is 'just not working'.  (Tuesday, Thursday and Friday classes available)
5. Arrange to bring a friend to class with you!  And remember there are always people in class who will be wondering where you are when you are not there........

LASTLY REMEMBER.........the bikini will not wait for you once the weather warms up.....
