Haven't updated here in a while and I am hoping that I can keep up the consistency a little better this year.

All morning classes will now be 45 minutes long. Same great workout condensed to a more convenient time slot for dropping the kids at school! Also a little shorter time for the toddlers and babies to have to entertain themselves while class is in progress.
Also I have added a Toning class on Friday morning. This will be a trial for Term 1 to see if many people are interested in this later time slot.
Looking forward to sharing the dancefloor with you in 2017
