Some strategies to help you stay motivated.......
- set yourself a target for the number of classes that you must attend each week; buy yourself a 10 class card and set yourself a best before date
- reward yourself when you do make it to your set number of classes each week; give yourself that glass of wine, the chocolate treat or the slice of cake (or the beer for all you beer lovers)
- think about the little treat you can have at the end of the week if you did maintain your 4 classes per week!
- think about how HOT you will look in your bikini on Sept 5 when it is 30 degrees and the first beach day for the season!
Do not put off until tomorrow what you can do today.......
