Well 2014 has started with a bang and we are back into it for the year!
Fridays for the next few weeks will be taught by Kaydee - so make sure you get on down each Friday morning and show her some Zumba love!
Remember that beginners are always welcome and that consistency is the key to achieving your fitness goals for 2014 :)

Last class for 2013!
Tonight's the night for the last class for 2013.
That's right a surprise class for you to end 2013 looking super slick in your party clothes for New Years eve.

And......its a wrap!
2013 is almost at an end!
What a fabulous year it has been. So much activity, so much sweat, so many kilos have been said goodbye to forever!!!! YAY!!!!
Classes for 2013 end on Thursday, December 19, 2013.
Classes are set to resume on Monday, January 13, 2014.
Please check back regularly for the new timetable for 2014.
Have a safe and enjoyable silly season. Please feel free to join us for a Christmas drink at the Narellan Hotel on Wednesday, December 18, 2013. We will be going up straight after class on Wednesday evening.

Spring Break
The annual Spring Break is coming up :)
Classes will break from Friday, September 20, 2013 until Tuesday, October 8, 2013.
Classes resume to the regular timetable on Wednesday, October 9, 2013.
Also this week there is a slightly cut down schedule with no Hip Hop or Bokwa on Tuesday night, September 17 - but there will be Hip Hop on October 8, 2013.
Enjoy the break and I look forward to seeing you back and bad on Oct 9, 2013 - ready to work hard leading into the summer season.

It's Spring! Yay!
As you all may be aware by now I will be taking my annual Spring break these school holidays.
Classes will be on break from Friday September 20, 2013 til Tuesday October 8, 2013.
Also Bokwa Fitness will not run on Tuesday September 17, 2013.
Thank you to everyone for attending classes this year. I hope you have been finding classes enjoyable and challenging - and that you are on your way to achieving your fitness goals :)

Purchase the pass for $100 and you can attend as many Zumba Fitness or Bokwa Fitness as you can fit in for the month of May.
Valid at all of my Zumba Fitness or Bokwa Fitness classes - for those attending 3 or more times a week - that is some serious savings!
